Emer represents a number of developers in both acquiring and selling large tranches of property in industrial estates and retail parks as well as agricultural land. She acts in the disposal of pubs, restaurants and hotels and conducts the extensive property due diligence required in this regard, dealing with the complex title matters that can arise.

 

Emer also acts for clients in the conveyance of housing estates consisting of housing units and apartments and deals with the negotiation of commercial leases for a wide variety of clients both in Ireland and the UK.

Prior to joining Clerkin Lynch, Emer spent a number of years acting as portfolio manager for a global financial services firm.
