Sean Hiney


Sean commenced his training contract with Clerkin Lynch in March 2015 and qualified as a solicitor with the firm in December 2017. He has been involved in a wide-range of sectors within the firm including commercial, litigation and property.


Prior to this, Sean completed a Masters in International Commercial Law (LLM) from the University of Nottingham following first-class degrees in Corporate Law and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from NUI Galway. Professional experience includes stints in the Office of the Attorney General and the Chief State Solicitor’s Office, as well as working in company secretarial practice and a general practice law firm.
