Clerkin Lynch was established in March 2008 by Niall Clerkin and Kevin Lynch at the commencement of the global economic collapse. By focusing on delivering results for our clients in the most commercially sensitive and time efficient manner, the firm not only managed to survive the recession but grew its practice every year.


The same principles which enabled the firm to survive the difficult early years of its inception are rigorously applied to all of the work that the firm does today.


Clerkin Lynch provides legal advice to established businesses and start up companies. Our legal services are result focused and tailored to meet the needs of our clients. We help businesses to develop by providing legal services that are practical and cost effective.


Clerkin Lynch seeks to provide an alternative to traditional large and medium sized commercial law firms. We focus on providing a personal service which places our clients’ concerns at the forefront of the practice. While prompt and decisive action can sometimes be necessary to protect and safe guard our clients’ rights and assets, good preventative advice is often the most effective service we provide.
