Kevin Lynch is a founding partner of Clerkin Lynch. He trained and qualified as a solicitor in a leading Dublin law firm, where he worked for 7 years prior to establishing Clerkin Lynch. Kevin has particular expertise in the areas of commercial law, commercial litigation and contentious and non-contentious construction law.
Niall Clerkin is a founding partner of Clerkin Lynch. Niall trained and worked as a qualified solicitor for two of Dublin’s leading law firms, primarily practising in the area of banking and financial services law. Niall established Clerkin Lynch with Kevin Lynch in 2008. Since establishing the firm he has substantially expanded his practice areas and brings years of specialist expertise to the areas of commercial litigation, financial services law and commercial property law.
Sarah is a first-year trainee solicitor currently gaining experience in the areas of property law, corporate law and litigation.
Catherine is a first year trainee with Clerkin Lynch currently gaining experience in property law, commercial law and litigation.
Benjamin is a trainee solicitor currently gaining experience in property law and commercial law.
Cathal joined Clerkin Lynch as a Trainee in 2020. Cathal is a graduate of the Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L) programme, and of the Master of Laws (L.L.M) degree course at University College Cork.
Sophie studied History and Classics at Maynooth University and graduated with a Master of Arts in Classical Studies in 2014. She started in Clerkin Lynch in April 2017, assisting in general office administration, bookkeeping and record management.
Asa has worked in Clerkin Lynch since October 2016. Her role at Clerkin Lynch involves a wide variety of responsibilities such as human resources, bookkeeping, and liaising with clients.

Ciara studied Hospitality Management at TU Dublin, Graduating in 2019. Ciara started in Clerkin Lynch in January 2020 as our new office administrator where she provides administrative support of the highest calibre. Ciara is the first point of contact for our clients. She is a friendly, enthusiastic and competent Office Administrator who enjoys taking the initiative and who has an enterprising and creative way of working.
